IS THE BUILDING ADA ACCESSIBLE?
Wheelchair access is available at both 42nd Street and 43rd Street entrances. Please request wheelchair seating from a sales representative at time of purchase. We have designated ADA locations in both the Orchestra and Director’s Circle levels, with elevator access available to both. There is no elevator access to the Balcony level. Accessible restrooms are located in the Director’s Circle lobby. To request wheelchair seats, please contact our ADA Hotline, 212-556-4715.

HOW DO I BUY ADA TICKETS?
To arrange ADA tickets for CIRQUE DU SOLEIL PARAMOUR™, please call our ADA Hotline, 212-556-4715. You will be prompted to leave a message with necessary information, and you will then be contacted directly to complete your transaction. Please note that ADA tickets are not available for purchase on Ticketmaster, and the hotline is reserved solely for ADA patrons.

WHAT ARE THE REGULAR TICKET PRICES?
Ticket prices for PARAMOUR are:
Premium Seating*: $179-$199
Orchestra/ Director’s Circle: $119 – $159
Rear Orchestra: $89 – $115
Balcony: $79 – $115
Rear Balcony: $55 – $65
Prices are subject to change and do not include tax or additional handling fees. The prices above may not apply to peak holiday periods. A $2.50 facility fee is included in the price of each ticket. Please check here for the most updated pricing.
*A Note on Premium Seats: It is industry standard that certain seats are reserved at premium prices. The relative value of those seats is up to the patron to decide.
ARE LOTTERY TICKETS AVAILABLE FOR PARAMOUR?
A limited number of $35 tickets will be made available to every performance of PARAMOUR via the TodayTix app starting Saturday, April 16. The lottery begins each night at midnight and closes four hours prior to the performance. Winners will receive email confirmation to claim lottery tickets. Winners’ tickets are available for pick up from a TodayTix concierge at Lyric Theatre. Lottery purchases have a maximum of two tickets per person.
ARE THERE RUSH SEATS AVAILABLE FOR PARAMOUR?

HOW CAN I PURCHASE GROUP TICKETS FOR PARAMOUR?

HOW DO I PICK UP TICKETS FROM WILL CALL?
Will Call tickets are held at our Box Office, located at 213 West 42nd Street near the intersection of 42nd Street and 7th Avenue in Times Square. Tickets may be picked up during the Box Office’s regular business hours. You may pick up your tickets on the day of the event, or ahead of time if you choose. Please note that Will Call services for future performances will not be available 30 minutes prior to performance times.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON ADVANCE SALES AT BOX OFFICE?
The Box Office will not process any advance sales one hour prior to curtain.
HOW LONG IS THE SHOW?
The run time for PARAMOUR is approximately 2 hours and 20 minutes minutes including a 20 minute intermission.
WHAT ARE THE LATE SEATING POLICIES?
To protect the safety of the performers and audience members, there will be multiple seating holds throughout the performance of PARAMOUR. We appreciate your cooperation.
IS PARAMOUR APPROPRIATE FOR YOUNG CHILDREN?
PARAMOUR is appropriate for ages 8 and up. However, we will not turn away any patron with a purchased ticket.*
*Lyric Theatre management requests that parents or guardians temporarily step out with a child should they cause a disruption, and Lyric Theatre staff reserves the right to direct patrons to leave the auditorium should such a situation occur.
HOW YOUNG DOES MY CHILD HAVE TO BE TO GET IN FOR FREE?
Lyric Theatre requires every individual who enters the theatre to have a purchased ticket. “Lap Seats,” or free tickets for small children who wish to watch the show from an adults lap, are not available for PARAMOUR. The Lyric Theatre box office will assist in finding appropriate seating for a child.

HOW CAN I BUY PARAMOUR MERCHANDISE?
Merchandise for PARAMOUR can be purchased at our theatre during performances or by visiting Cirque du Soleil Online Boutique.
HOW DO I GET TO LYRIC THEATRE?
Lyric Theatre is situated in the heart of Times Square in New York City. Our Box Office and main entrance are located at 213 West 42nd St. The secondary entrance is located at 214 West 43rd St. Subways A, C, E, 1, 2, 3, Q, N, R, W, F, B, D and Times Square/Grand Central Shuttle all let out at 42nd Street/Times Square which is within easy walking distance of the theatre. The Port Authority Bus Terminal is located down the street at the corner of 42nd St. and 8th Ave. See our directions page for a map.
CAN I CHECK LUGGAGE, COATS, UMBRELLAS, ETC., AT THE THEATRE?
Yes, coat check is available in the main lobby. There is a charge of $2 per item. If you are travelling with large luggage or packages, we encourage you to make other arrangement for such items before arriving at the theatre. Please visit our Guest Code of Conduct page for details about our bag check policy.
CAN I BRING OUTSIDE FOOD AND/OR DRINK INTO THE THEATRE?
While outside food and drink are not allowed in the theatre, guests are able to bring snacks and drinks purchased in the theatre to their seats.
ARE PHOTOS AND/OR VIDEOS ALLOWED IN THE THEATRE?
The use of any recording device, either audio or video, and the taking of photographs, either with or without flash, is strictly prohibited while inside the theatre.
IS LYRIC THEATRE EQUIPPED WITH INFRARED HEARING DEVICES?
Yes. The theatre is equipped with both an infrared listening device system and neck-loop listening device system. Listening devices are available at coat check, free of charge. A photo ID is required.
DOES THE THEATRE HAVE A LOST AND FOUND?
Yes! Our staff check our facilities nightly for any items that might have been left behind. To inquire about a lost item, please visit our Stage Door, located at 214 W. 43rd Street, or call 212-556-4750. Be sure to give us a description of the lost item, let us know when and where you think you lost it, and provide us with contact information so that we can get back in touch with you. All unclaimed items will be donated to local charities after 30 days. Lyric Theatre is not responsible for lost items, but we will do our best to reunite all lost items to their proper owner.
