WHAT ARE THE BOX OFFICE HOURS OF OPERATION?

HOW CAN I ACCESS UPDATED INFORMATION ON LYRIC THEATRE?

IS THE BUILDING ADA ACCESSIBLE?

Wheelchair access is available at both 42nd Street and 43rd Street entrances. Please request wheelchair seating from a sales representative at time of purchase. We have designated ADA locations in both the Orchestra and Dress Circle levels, with elevator access available to both. There is no elevator access to the Balcony level. Accessible restrooms are located in the Dress Circle lobby. To request wheelchair seats, please contact our ADA Hotline, 212-556-4715.

HOW DO I GET TO LYRIC THEATRE?

Lyric Theatre is situated in the heart of Times Square in New York City. Our Box Office and main entrance are located at 213 West 42nd St. The secondary entrance is located at 214 West 43rd St. Subways A, C, E, 1, 2, 3, Q, N, R, W, F, B, D and Times Square/Grand Central Shuttle all let out at 42nd Street/Times Square which is within easy walking distance of the theatre. The Port Authority Bus Terminal is located down the street at the corner of 42nd St. and 8th Ave. See our directions page for a map.

CAN I CHECK LUGGAGE, COATS, UMBRELLAS, ETC., AT THE THEATRE?

Yes, coat check is available in the main lobby. There is a charge of $2 per item. If you are travelling with large luggage or packages, we encourage you to make other arrangement for such items before arriving at the theatre. Please visit our Guest Code of Conduct page for details about our bag check policy.

CAN I BRING OUTSIDE FOOD AND/OR DRINK INTO THE THEATRE?

While outside food and drink are not allowed in the theatre, guests are able to bring snacks and drinks purchased in the theatre to their seats.

ARE PHOTOS AND/OR VIDEOS ALLOWED IN THE THEATRE?

The use of any recording device, either audio or video, and the taking of photographs, either with or without flash, is strictly prohibited while inside the theatre.

IS LYRIC THEATRE EQUIPPED WITH INFRARED HEARING DEVICES?

Yes. The theatre is equipped with both an infrared listening device system and neck-loop listening device system. Listening devices are available at coat check, free of charge. A photo ID is required.

DOES THE THEATRE HAVE A LOST AND FOUND?

Yes! Our staff check our facilities nightly for any items that might have been left behind. To inquire about a lost item, please visit our Stage Door, located at 214 W. 43rd Street. Be sure to give us a description of the lost item, let us know when and where you think you lost it, and provide us with contact information so that we can get back in touch with you. All unclaimed items will be donated to local charities after 30 days. Lyric Theatre is not responsible for lost items, but we will do our best to reunite all lost items to their proper owner.
