Where is the theatre located?

The Lyric Theatre (214 West 43rd Street, New York, NY 10036) is located in the heart of Times Square and is easily accessible by car and taxi, as well as by multiple bus and subway lines. For bus information or additional public transportation information, visit the MTA/NYCTA.

 

What are the Box Office hours of operation?

Monday: 10am – 6pm
Tuesday – Saturday: 10am-7pm
Sunday: 10am-6pm

 

Is the building ADA Accessible?

There are entrances to the Lyric Theatre on 42nd and 43rd Street, with an accessible entrance on 42nd Street. There are designated ADA locations in the Orchestra and Dress Circle levels, with elevator access available to both. There is no elevator access to the Balcony level. Accessible restrooms are located in the Dress Circle lobby.

 

How do I get to the Lyric Theatre?

Lyric Theatre is situated in the heart of Times Square in New York City. Subway lines 1, 2, 3, 7, A, C, E, N, Q, R, W, and the Times Square/Grand Central Shuttle all stop at 42nd Street/Times Square, which is within easy walking distance of the theatre. The Port Authority Bus Terminal is located down the street at the corner of 42nd St. and 8th Ave. See our directions page for a map.

 

Is the Lyric Theatre equipped with Infrared Hearing Devices?

The theatre is equipped with an infrared listening device system.

 

What are the age recommendations for Harry Potter and the Cursed Child?

The show is suitable for ages 8 and up. All persons entering the theatre, regardless of age, must have a ticket. Children under 5 are not permitted in the theatre. Please note that children under the age of 15 will not be admitted to the theatre without the accompaniment of an adult.
