PERFORMANCES OF HARRY POTTER AND THE CURSED CHILD SUSPENDED THROUGH JUNE 7, 2020
The producers of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child are committed to the safety and peace of mind of all audiences, cast and company, and theatre staff. As such, in line with the latest advice from the Governor of New York, who has restricted mass gatherings to no more than 500 people due to the spread of CV-19, we must temporarily suspend performances of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child through June 7 2020. Please note that the Lyric Theatre’s box office is currently closed.
We are listening to the concerns of ticket holders who will want to change their plans for attending the show, so ticket refund and exchange policies are in place. All patrons holding tickets to affected performances should contact their points of purchase for exchanges, refunds or to re-book for a future performance.
If you purchased via Ticketmaster.com or Ticketmaster via Phone: You will be contacted with the option to exchange or refund your tickets once new performances dates are confirmed.
If you purchased at the Box Office via cash or credit card: We will announce when the box office re-opens on our website. When we have returned to normal business hours, please return your original tickets to the Lyric Theatre Box Office and you will be able to exchange or refund your tickets.
If you purchased tickets as part of a Group: Please contact your Group Sales Agent for more information regarding exchanges or refunds. Please retain your original tickets until you speak with the Group Sales Agent.
If you purchased tickets through any other licensed sales channel (Broadway.com, TodayTix, etc): Please return to the original point of purchase for more information regarding exchanges and refunds. If you already have your tickets in hand, please retain them for an exchange.
Thank you, and we look forward to welcoming you at Harry Potter and the Cursed Child soon where the magic continues on stage!
