PERFORMANCES SUSPENDED THROUGH JANUARY 3, 2021
The producers of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child and the Lyric Theatre are committed to the safety and peace of mind of all audiences, cast and company and theatre staff. We have been closely monitoring the ongoing coronavirus (Covid-19) situation and as such, performances of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child are postponed through January 3, 2021.
All patrons holding tickets to affected performances should contact their points of purchase for refunds or to re-book for a future performance. If you purchased through Ticketmaster, a refund will be automatically issued to your account.
For now, we would like to recognize our staff, artists and producers for their ongoing support. And especially you, for your continued commitment to the theatre community during this extremely difficult period.

If you purchased tickets for performances September 9 – November 22 via Ticketmaster.com or Ticketmaster via Phone: Your booking will be credited automatically allowing you to re-book future performances. For any issues, please contact the Lyric Theatre Box Office at 855-551-9777 and have your Ticketmaster Account Number/Confirmation Number handy. You need not retain your original tickets.
If you purchased your tickets after May 18: You will be contacted with the option to exchange your tickets into a new performance.
If you purchased at the Box Office with credit card:A refund will be automatically issued to your account.
If you purchased at the Box Office with cash: We will announce when the box office re-opens on our website. When we have returned to normal business hours, please return your original tickets to the Lyric Theatre Box Office and you will be able to exchange or refund your tickets.
If you purchased tickets as part of a Group: Please contact your Group Sales Agent for more information regarding exchanges or refunds. Please retain your original tickets until you speak with the Group Sales Agent.
If you purchased tickets through any other licensed sales channel (Broadway.com, TodayTix, etc.): Please return to the original point of purchase for more information regarding exchanges and refunds. If you have your tickets in hand, please retain them for a refund or exchange.

In line with the latest advice from governments on the prevention of the spread of Covid-19, the producers have had to make changes to performance schedules across our different territories, and this regrettably involves the temporary cancellation of some shows whilst measures are in place.
Local and national health authority advice varies from production to production in different cities and is evolving on a daily basis, but please be assured that the producers are working closely with government and health organizations around the world to ensure we are following the very latest advice.
We fully understand that the changes and cancellations will be disappointing and inconvenient for ticket holders. The very latest information on the performance schedule and ticket exchange policy for the productions is on our website, and will be regularly updated on the websites and social media channels for each production.
Thanks for your patience while we determine the best course of action in a rapidly developing situation, where the health and safety of audiences and staff must come first.
