Ticket Protection Program
Updated April 30, 2024
The Ticket Protection Program applies to tickets that were purchased directly on lyricbroadway.com with the ticket protection option after April 30, 2024.
A ticket purchaser that has elected to purchase the ticket protection option will be eligible to receive a refund of the ticket price paid by the purchaser for the ticket(s) should the ticket holder be unable to use the ticket(s) for any reason. The refundable amount includes the ticket price, as well as any service or order fees set out in the confirmation of ticket purchase.
Refund requests must be submitted online at www.ticket-refunds.com within sixty (60) days of the scheduled date and time of the event (as stated on the applicable tickets). Any requests received after this deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
Eligibility for a ticket refund is also subject to the following conditions:
- Only one order per customer per event purchased within any consecutive 28-day period can be submitted for refund;
- The customer making the refund application must be the original purchaser of the tickets and will need to validate being the original purchaser (i.e., name, order number, e-mail address, etc.) when submitting the refund request;
- Any refund application found to be fraudulent will result in the refund being denied;
- Only tickets purchased directly from lyricbroadway.com will be eligible for refund - tickets purchased via resale/ticket brokers or any other outlet are ineligible;
- Any ticket that has been scanned for entry into the theatre will not be eligible for a refund; and
- The ticket protection program does not apply to tickets for events that have been canceled, postponed or rescheduled.
